Integrative Amrit Method of Yoga Nidra
A Sleep-Based Meditation

I AM Yoga Nidra is a sleep-based meditation. It draws on an ancient practice of "yogic sleep" evolving through Yogi Amrit Desai and Kamini Desai, PhD.  Tina is one of the few certified instructors in the area offering this unique program.


I AM Yoga Nidra is the easiest form of meditation. From a fully-reclined or comfortably-seated position, you are guided into a deep state of relaxation. As you fully relax, your body's chemistry resets and restores on the physical, mental and emotional levels. One session of Yoga Nidra is equal to three hours of sleep.  

 

Besides being highly restorative, Yoga Nidra alleviates symptoms on a wide range of health issues like insomnia, anxiety, depression, hypertension and PTSD.
