Tina Rongers, RYT200
I specialize in the healing arts of Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Reiki as well as transformative learning in human potential. My approach to total well-being unifies nature, breath, energy and consciousness for replenishing our lives. Through Yoga, Meditation and Reiki, we generate internal relaxation, body-mind connection and peaceful rejuvenation from the core of one’s being. This make us more capable of managing the outside world in a better way.
I AM Yoga is a yogic system of breath, postures and inward focus. Using press points and energetic extensions, we experience meditative motion and wholeness both on and off the mat.
I AM Yoga Nidra is a sleep-based meditation or “yogic sleep.” From a fully-reclined position, we are guided into a deep state of relaxed awareness for harmonizing the body-mind chemistry. One session of Yoga Nidra is equal to three hours of sleep so the restorative health benefits are profound.
Reiki is a Japanese healing art of placing hands slightly above or gently upon the body so that lifeforce energy releases tension and blockages inhibiting flow, health and wellness. Reiki and Oncology Reiki can also be utilized as complementary care to those under medical treatment.
My offerings are grounded in Indigenous Wisdom and Integrative Practices. I'm a certified Integrative Amrit Method of Yoga and Yoga Nidra Instructor (300 hours) and a Usui Reiki-Master Teacher. In addition, I'm a doctoral candidate at Meridian University and small business owner of Karnerblue, a sustainable development consulting firm.
My intention is to share the teachings and tools of diverse leaders who embody wholeness and to make the healing arts accessible to everyone. If you are experiencing financial and/or medical issues and wish to attend a class, workshop or receive a service, please contact me. Sliding scale, scholarships and discounts for students, seniors and military are also available.
